How to get to IMM Theatre

If you ever find yourself exploring the vibrant city of Tokyo and are looking for something unique to do, I’ve got just the thing for you.

I recently had the opportunity to see a musical at IMM Theatre near Tokyo Dome.

I’d never heard of IMM Theatre before, but after doing some research I found out that it’s a newly opened venue scheduled to open in 2024. Since I wasn’t sure how to get there at first, I decided to give you a quick guide on how to get to IMM Theatre.

Address:

IMM Theatre 1-3-61 Koraku, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, 112-0004, Japan

It is located inside Tokyo Dome City.

How to get there:

From Tokyo Station, take Tokyo Metro to Korakuen Station. Get off at Exit 2.

Go up the stairs and you’ll see Tokyo Dome. I was more surprised to see the roller coaster track nearby and thought, “Is there an amusement park here?”

Inside the building on the left in the photo above, there are cafes where you can spend some time.

As I was worried and did not want to be late, I arrived two hours before the theatre opened. However, there are several places to go around Tokyo Dome to pass the time.

There are different types of restaurants, including Chinese, Korean, Italian and Spanish, so you can choose what you like!

For the rest of the way, follow the dotted or yellow line in the picture below.

Korakuen station is at the bottom and IMM theatre is at the top. I followed the yellow line.
